You choose when you want to work. Simply let us know which days you are available, and we will only hire you then.
Long days, big bucks
Every day we hire you, it will be for long hours (usually 8 or 12), which means that in a matter of 3-4 days you could earn a full week's salary.
Boat more, drive less
We want you on the water, not on the road, that's why will only assign you to a couple of boats: those closest to yor home.

What are the requirements to join?
You need a valid U.S. Coast Guard Reference Number, and desire to provide the best service to our guests.

What sizes are the boats?
We have boats ranging from 25 ft to 50 ft. You will be able to tell us what sizes you want to drive.

Your rate will depend on your experience and the types of boats you drive. What we can assure you is that it is competitive.
